Andalus Ready Mix Concrete (ARMC) has established and applies a quality management system with the aim of enhancing overall business position and performance, reaching the highest level of employees and customers’ satisfaction, and continuously improving the measures of internal control.

 

ARMC has been successfully certified back in 2015, after the proof has been furnished that the implemented quality management system fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

 

Beyond certification, internal and external audits are performed, along with frequent management reviews to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system. The results and outcomes are reported to the top management to take prompt decisions and actions when needed.
