SRC Clinker
It is the raw material for the production of Sulfate Resisting Portland types of cement, used in different percentages depending on the properties sought for the final product.
In order to produce clinker you should ground a mixture of CaCO3 (limestone), SiO2 and Al2O3 (clay, marl) and Fe2O3 (roasted pyrites and rich clays) and provide energy to increase the temperature of the mixture above 1350 degrees, where the tri-calcium silicate (3CaO.SiO2) and bi-calcium silicate are formed and the Tri-calcium Aluminate (C3A) is less than 3.5 % . Such compounds make the base for the strength of the clinker. Our clinker meets the most stringent standards and fulfills all the requirements of ES 583/2005 and BS 4027/1996 .
